Ron Worley Jr., President, CGB, CGP
Ron is a licensed Real Estate broker and a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from East Tennessee State University with a Major in Real Estate. Ron chose a career in the family business of Construction and Real Estate Development after his father, the late Wayne Worley. Ron has 22 years experience in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Sales, and Residential Construction. Ron has successfully completed "The Fundamentals of Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control, level 1 and level 2" which is a certified course by the "Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation". Ron is also certified by The National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Graduate Builder "CGB" and Certified Green Professional "CGP".
Chris Hansard - Vice President of Real Estate, CGB, CGP
Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from East Tennessee State University with a Major in Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee. Chris has 22 years experience in Finance, Real Estate Sales, and Residential Construction Project Management.. Melissa received her Business Administration Diploma from Tennessee Technologies Center. She has 14 years experience in Office Administration, Real Estate Sales Administration, and Real Estate Management.

Becky has been a Licensed Affiliate Broker in the State of Tennessee since 1988. She is known as the "Queen of First Time Home Buyers". Brian - Worley Agent
Brian has been a Licensed Affiliate Broker in the state of TN since 2005. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Tennesse, Knoxville (B.A. in Psychology '98 and M.S. in Mental Health Counseling '01), and he utilizes his unique experience as a counselor and advocate to guide his clients through every step of the home-buying process from contract to closing. Brian is not only an agent for Worley Builders, Inc., but he is also a customer. He built his very first home with the company in 2006, and he has since purchased a second.
